You are not buying a generic plan. Every program is built around your intake brief, your equipment, your schedule, and your goals. Fortnightly check-ins keep the program adjusting as you do.
No lock-in after month one. You stay because it is working.

What a month looks like

Your intake is reviewed
Zev reads your brief and builds your first program around your actual situation. Equipment, schedule, goal, movement history.

Your program is delivered
4 follow-along sessions with exercise demonstrations, loading guidelines, and the reasoning behind the structure.

4 week check-in
You report back. What moved, what stalled, how your body responded. The program adjusts accordingly.
Progress review, food tracking audit, momentum check. Month two is already taking shape. We review where you are, tighten what needs tightening, and keep building.

6 x 1:1 Sessions
Focused training with Zev, built around strength, conditioning, and combat-sport movements using barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight and carries influenced by RMT by Weck Method built on the foundation of functional development defined by ‘repeatable strength’
Each session is tailored to your ability, goals, and any limitations. Alongside the physical work, Zev’s coaching is designed to help build consistency, accountability, habits and a functional body that drives long-term change.

‘Stay Heavy’ classes are designed to enhance your grappling strength, coordination and overall functionality for every day life.
This is a 3-day, 4-week training block designed by Zev, built on:
• Repeatable, functional movement so you feel good the next day for training or work
• Rotational strength and control (RMT / Weck Method influence)
• Engine building built through V02 Max training.
Small group. Max 6 per class.
Behan members get priority access and exclusive monthly packages from $12 per class.
Non-members can join at $20 per class or $240 for the block.
