- Video references included for selected exercises
- 2 check-ins per month via WhatsApp, voice note, or video call. Your choice.

Zev reads your brief and builds your first program around your actual situation. Equipment, schedule, goal, movement history.
3 to 5 follow-along sessions with exercise demonstrations, loading guidelines, and the reasoning behind the structure.
You report back. What moved, what stalled, how your body responded. The program adjusts accordingly.
Progress review, food tracking audit, momentum check. Month two is already taking shape. We review where you are, tighten what needs tightening, and keep building.
