The Field Protocol
You cannot get to Toowoomba. Or you are not ready for full immersion. Either way, the work still gets done. The Field Protocol delivers a fully custom training program and direct access to Zev, built around your schedule, your kit, and your actual life.
- 4 follow-along workouts per week for 4 weeks, built around your equipment and goals
- Video references for selected exercises
- 1 check-in per month via WhatsApp, voice note, or video call
- Program adjusted each month based on check-in and progress
- Food tracking prompts to keep intake aligned with your goal

Complete the intake form first. Zev builds your program from it. No intake, no program.
The Hybrid Protocol
You are close enough to show up in person. Not ready for the full Reset, or not available for it every week. The Hybrid Protocol gives you one face-to-face session with Zev per week plus two custom follow-along workouts per week running in between. The in-person sessions are physical. New movement patterns. Being tested. Learning what your body is actually capable of. The conversations that happen around that work are just part of being in the room with Zev. That is how it goes.
This is the step between building a foundation and committing to a full reset. For clients already on the Field Protocol who want to add face-to-face work. For new clients close enough to come in but not ready to go all in. For anyone who needs both.

The Reset Protocol
Full immersion. This is not a program you follow. It is a process that dismantles who you have been and builds who you are becoming. Two sessions a week with Zev in person, plus programmed work, weekly check-ins, journal work, and direct accountability across every single day of the month.
