In my early 20s, I lost 100 kilos and rebuilt my life from the ground up. Years later, buried in long nights, leadership pressure, and business stress, I slipped again. I had to fight my way back and lost another 50 kilos while deep in entrepreneurship.
I know what it feels like to start over.
I know what it takes to keep going when life doesn’t slow down.
I’m a chef and restaurant owner by trade. I understand the hospitality grind in my bones, the double shifts, fried nervous system, broken sleep, and “eat whatever’s left” diet. I’ve lived that lifestyle for a decade.
I’m also a Jiu Jitsu purple belt who trains and coaches in rooms full of tired, overloaded people who still show up. Room’s where discipline, composure, and adaptability are built.
